What the application does

Review Monitor collects and organizes customer reviews, tracks changes over time, and reports on ratings, topics and sentiment. Separate reports show how moving and storage services are described in AI-generated answers.

Connecting Google

An authorized administrator connects a Google account with access to the relevant Business Profiles. The application reads accessible account and location information and customer reviews, including ratings, text, dates and business replies, for monitoring and reporting.

The Google permission requested is Business Profile management access. The current integration uses it to read information, not to change listing ownership, edit listings or post replies. Other review sources do not require this Google connection.

Access and support

Review reporting and Google connection controls require authorized application access. This page, the privacy policy and terms of use are public and need no sign-in. Review Monitor is not operated by Google.
